Premier Development & Investment, Inc. is an exploration company focused on the acquisition and development of strategic North American lithium and Uranium projects properties. It is engaged in lithium exploration interests in Nevada. These include lithium and uranium exploration in Nevada through Silverpeak, Stonewall Flat and Hombre encompassing over 3,800 acres. These are operated through USA Lithium Holdings Corporation. It has interests in rare earth minerals exploration in New Mexico; Gallinas Mountains, All American, Sky High, Rare Metals American, Iron Lamp and M&E Pride. The Gallinas property consists of six unpatented lode mining claims. The Boneekay property consists of two unpatented lode mining claims. It has an option agreement with Placer Petroleum Co., LLC to acquire the option to purchase the working interests and royalties in eight wells located in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma. Its subsidiaries are Premier Equity Investments, Inc., Premier Futures, Inc. and others.
