EV Mobility, Inc. (the “Company”) provides electric vehicles (“EVs”) on demand, at any time of day and all-day, as an amenity to luxury hotels, multi-family luxury apartment buildings, and commercial buildings through its easy-to-use mobile app. An electric car sharing platform, EV Mobility allows residents and guests to easily reserve, unlock, and operate electronic vehicles - conveniently located in their building or hotel. As of the date of this prospectus, we currently have 60 EVs deployed at 39 properties.
