The Company owns interests in properties concentrated in high-growth markets in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom, consisting of seniors housing and post-acute communities and outpatient medical properties. Its seniors housing operating properties include seniors apartments, assisted living, independent living/continuing care retirement communities, independent supportive living communities (Canada), care homes with and without nursing (United Kingdom) and combinations thereof. The Company's triple-net properties include the property types that are under seniors housing operating properties, as well as long-term/post-acute care facilities.
