The Company’s investment strategies include exchange-listed products, managed equities and private strategies. The Company operates through four segments: Exchange listed products, Managed equities, Private strategies and Corporate. Exchange listed products segment provides management services to the Company's closed-end physical trusts and exchange traded funds (ETFs). Managed equities segment provides management services for the Company's alternative investment strategies managed in-house and on a sub-advisory basis. Private strategies segment provides lending and streaming activities through limited partnership vehicles. Corporate segment provides capital, balance sheet management and enterprise shared services to the Company's subsidiaries. Its subsidiaries include Sprott Asset Management LP, Sprott U.S. Holdings Inc., Sprott Resource Lending Corp. and others.
