The Electric Motorcycles segment primarily focuses on the designing and selling of electric motorcycles and also sells electric motorcycle parts, accessories, and apparel. Its electric motorcycles are sold at wholesale to a network of independent dealers and retailers, at retail through the Company-owned dealership, and through online sales. The Electric Motorcycles segment sells electric-powered motorcycles under the LiveWire brand. The STACYC segment is primarily focused on the designing and selling of electric balance bikes for kids. The STACYC segment’s products are sold at wholesale to independent dealers and independent distributors, as well as direct to consumers online. STACYC sells electric balance bikes under the STACYC brand while working with brand partners on co-branded products.
