UPDATE 3-Bain Capital exits Axis Bank, raises $429 mln in stake sale
Bain Capital has sold its entire stake in Indian private lender Axis Bank to raise $429 million. Bain sold 33.4 million shares at 1,071 rupees ($12.87) per share. The sale was at the bottom of the price range given to prospective investors.
