It designs all its products in-house, leverages third-party suppliers and manufacturers to produce its product components and finished products, and generally uses shallow initial buys and data-driven repurchasing decisions to test new products. It directly and actively coordinates with its suppliers at every step of its product development and production process to ensure that its quality standards are met. Its under scrubs include performance tops, and super-soft Pima cotton tops. Its outer layer products include footwear, lab coats and a variety of vests, jackets and fleeces. Its non-scrub wear product offerings include its lounge wear, which is its collection designed for off-shift moments.
