The Company operates through two segments: Residential and Commercial. The Residential segment manufactures and distributes decking, rail, pergolas, outdoor structures, exterior trim, siding and accessories through a national network of dealers and distributors and multiple home improvement retailers providing geographic coverage. The Commercial segment manufactures, fabricates and distributes lockers and bathroom partitions. The Company’s products include decking, railing, trim, porch, molding, pergolas, outdoor furniture, bathroom and locker systems. Its residential products brands include AZEK, TimberTech, VERSATEX, ULTRALOX, StruXure and INTEX, while the commercial products brands include Scranton Products, Aria Partitions, Eclipse Partitions, Hiny Hiders partitions, Tufftec Lockers and Duralife Lockers.
