Pioneer Power Solutions, Inc. designs, manufactures, integrates, refurbishes, services, distributes electric power systems, distributed energy resources, used and new power generation equipment and mobile electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions. Its products and services are sold to a broad range of customers in the utility, industrial and commercial markets. It operates through two segments: Electrical Infrastructure Equipment (Electrical Infrastructure) and Critical Power Solutions (Critical Power). The Electrical Infrastructure segment provides electric power systems and equipment and distributed energy resources that help customers effectively and efficiently protect, control, transfer, monitor and manage their electric energy needs. The Critical Power segment provides customers with power generation equipment and the Company’s suite of mobile e-Boost electric vehicle charging solutions. The Company’s electric infrastructure solutions are marketed under the PCEP brand name.
