Home health and hospice services segment includes its home health, hospice and home care businesses. The total admissions of home health patients include new acquisitions, new admissions and readmissions. The average number of patients who are receiving hospice care during any measurement period divided by the number of days during such measurement period. Senior living services segment includes its assisted living, independent living and memory care communities.
