McGrath RentCorp is a business-to-business rental company. The Company operates through four segments: Mobile Modular, Portable Storage, TRS-RenTelco and Enviroplex. Mobile Modular segment is engaged in the modular building business. Mobile Modular segment is for temporary classroom and other educational space needs of public and private schools, colleges and universities in California, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia and Washington, D.C. Mobile Modular offers response to requests for information, assistance in the choice of a suitable size and floor plan, in-house customization services, delivery, installation and field service of its units. Portable Storage segment is engaged in the portable storage container business. TRS-RenTelco segment is engaged in the electronic test equipment business. Enviroplex segment includes its classroom manufacturing business selling modular buildings used primarily as classrooms in California.
