The Performance and Wake segment manufactures and sells ski/wake boats and consists of its MasterCraft brand. The Leisure segment manufactures and sells pontoon boats and consists of its Crest and Balise brands. The Recreation and Sport Fishing segment manufactures and sells recreational fiberglass powerboats for both pleasure boating and sport fishing markets. Its MasterCraft brand offers recreational performance sport boats primarily used for water-skiing, wakeboarding, wake surfing, and general recreational boating. Its Crest and Balise brands produce pontoon boats, which are primarily used for general recreational boating.
