Its home warranty customers can subscribe to an annual service plan agreement that covers the repair or replacement for breakdowns, such as normal wear and tear of components of approximately 29 home systems and appliances, including electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, water heaters, refrigerators, dishwashers and ranges/ovens/cooktops, as well as optional coverages for pools, spas and pumps.
