The merchandise mix in its stores consists of consumable merchandise and discretionary merchandise, including variety merchandise and seasonal goods. Consumable merchandise includes everyday consumables, such as household paper and chemicals, food, candy, health and personal care products, and in most stores, frozen and refrigerated food.
