Rokiskio suris AB (Rokiskio Suris JSC) is a Lithuania-based dairy producer. The Company focuses on the manufacture of fermented cheese and a range of milk products. Its operating segments include hard cheese, semi hard cheese, butter, milk, cream, sour cream, sour milk, yogurt, curds, curd cheese and other. Other operations of the Company include milk collecting activity. The cheese produced by the Company is divided into semi-hard and hard cheese. As of December 31, 2011, it had two branches, four subsidiaries and one joint venture. Besides the production of fermented cheese, the Company produces melted cheese, whey protein concentrate and milk powder, processed cheese, and smoked cheese. As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s major shareholder was Pieno pramones investiciju valdymas UAB with a stake of 38.86%. In May 2013, the Company created a new subsidiary, Rokiskio pienas UAB.
