The Remota platform automatically processes invoice Portable Document Format (PDF) files when they are received by email in a processing flow. The Remota platform automatically scans the invoice with a multifunction printer or other device, uploads it to storage, and processes it in the same way as a PDF file when they are received paper invoices by mail.
