SK3 Group, Inc. is engaged in the business of providing administrative, financial, legal, accounting and similar services to medical marijuana collectives operating in California. The Company’s subsidiary Medical Greens provides licensing, management, and logistic services for Medical Marijuana collectives throughout California. In 2013 alone, Medical Greens contracted with 15 collectives to provide these services through marketing, management, licensing and service agreements. The Company has focused on acquisitions of related companies with cash flowing operations and, in that regard, the Company signed a definitive agreement to acquire Paragon Consulting Group (PCG). Products licensed by SK3 Group include: YAK, Canna-Loz, Yeti and Dharmanol.
