Xanadoo Company, formerly Pegasus Communications Corporation, is a holding company that conducts substantially all of its operations through its direct and indirect subsidiaries. The Company's business and assets are concentrated in three areas: the provision of wireless high-speed Internet services to consumers and businesses; the development of 700 megahertz wireless frequencies, and the realization of value from intellectual property rights licensed to the Company whose claims cover the provision of certain satellite-delivered interactive media services.
