NQ Minerals Plc is an exploration and mining company, focusing on projects where past exploration work has established the presence of mineral occurrences. The Company focuses on over two exploration projects, including Ukalunda and Square Post, in North Queensland, Australia. The Ukalunda project area contains multiple shows of mineralization and has over 23 sub-blocks in the permit, which covers an area totaling approximately 64.4 square kilometers. The Square Post tenement lies close to the Flinders Highway, approximately 10 kilometers north northeast of Mingela and over 50 kilometers south of Townsville. The permit consists of approximately 47 sub-blocks covering an area of over 168 square kilometers. The Square Post exploration permit contains two styles of mineralization: breccia hosted at Breccia Knob, and quartz vein hosted in the Blue Doe-June Ellen area. The Company also owns the Hellyer Gold Mine in Tasmania, Australia.
