Halyk Bank AO (Halyk National Savings Bank of Kazakhstan JSC or Halyk Bank JSC) is a Kazakhstan-based commercial bank offering a wide range of financial services to both private and corporate clients. Its services include cash management, loans, deposits, pensions, insurance, leasing, brokerage, asset management, safe deposit boxes, American Express checks, debit and credit cards, and online banking. The Bank operates in both national and foreign currencies. On September 5, 2014, AO Narodnyi Sberegatel'nyi Bank Kazakhstana acquired the remaining 4.40% stake in OA NPF Narodnogo Banka Kazakhstana. On November 28, 2014, the Bank acquired HSBC Bank Kazakhstan and rebranded it as Altyn Bank JSC. Additionally, in July 2022, Halyk Bank AO acquired Kazkommertsbank AO, which expanded its assets and customer base.
