GetFugu, Inc. (GetFugu), formerly Madero, Inc., is a development-stage company. As of December 31, 2009, the Company was developing mobile search tools. Consumers can download GetFugu application tools to their mobile phone device. The GetFugu applications enable consumers to retrieve content, without having to type a Website address or search term into a browser. As of December 31, 2009, GetFugu had four products. The Company’s See It (augmented reality link (ARL)) application recognizes logos and products through any mobile phone camera. Say It (voice recognition link (VRL)) is a product where the consumer can speak into the phone to retrieve content. Its Find It (GRL) location recognition is designed to work with the global positioning systems of mobile phones. It’s Get it (Hotspotting) product provides a mobile ecommerce tool, Hot-Spotting, which enables the consumer to purchase or retrieve information on any item featured in the video by touching it on the screen.
