Corporacion Interamericana de Entretenimiento SAB de CV (CIE) is a Mexico-based company engaged in the leisure sector. The Company’s business activities are structured in four divisions: CIE Entretenimiento, which specializes in the organization and sponsorship of concerts and live performances, venue management, ticketing, souvenirs sales and artist management and representation; CIE Las Americas, active in the gaming sector, as well as it manages the Complejo Las Americas, an entertainment complex that comprises a hippodrome, a convention center, a children’s theme park and restaurants; CIE Parques de Diversiones, which operates two amusement parks located in Colombia, and CIE Commercial, which offers advertising and marketing services. As of December 31, 2011, the Company owned such subsidiaries as Ocesa Anfiteatro SA de CV, Operadora de Centros de Espectaculos SA de CV, CIE Internacional SA de CV and Publitop SA de CV, among others.
