It also provides insurance services, management and accounting services, and it leases properties to operators of skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. Its segments include inpatient services, which includes the operation of skilled nursing facilities, assisted and independent living facilities, and behavioral health hospitals, and homecare and hospice services. It operates in eight states and is located primarily in the southeastern United States.
