Ucore Rare Metals Inc. is focused on rare and critical-metal resources, extraction, beneficiation, and separation technologies. The Company provides metal separation products and services to the mining and mineral extraction industry. It holds a 100% ownership stake in the Bokan-Dotson Ridge rare earth element project in southeast Alaska, United States. Its Bokan-Dotson Project is located on Prince of Wales Island, Alaska, approximately 60 kilometers (km) southwest of Ketchikan, Alaska. RapidSX is its rare earth separation technology. The RapidSX technology is developed for the bulk/commercial separation and purification of rare-earth elements (REEs), including both heavy REE (HREEs) and light REEs (LREEs) for the production of REE Oxides (REOs), in addition to other critical metals, such as lithium, nickel, and cobalt for lithium-ion battery materials. The Company’s commercial rare earth element (REE) refining facility is located at the England Airpark in Alexandria, Louisiana.
