Rock Tech Lithium Inc. is a Canada-based company, which is focused on developing and optimizing battery grade lithium hydroxide monohydrate through the construction and operation of multiple lithium hydroxide manufacturing plants (each, a Converter) in Europe and North America, beginning with the Company’s proposed lithium hydroxide merchant Converter and refinery facility in Guben, Germany (the Guben Converter) and on developing its wholly owned Georgia Lake spodumene project located in the Thunder Bay Mining District of Ontario, Canada (the Georgia Lake Project). The Company holds a 100% interest in the Georgia Lake lithium project. The Georgia Lake Project is subject to a 1.5% NSR Royalty. Georgia Lake Project is a lithium hard-rock deposit that is strategically positioned within the Thunder Bay Mining District of Ontario, Canada, approximately 160 kilometers (km) north of Thunder Bay and 70 km north of Nipigon.
