Midnight Sun Mining Corp. is a Canada-based company, which is focused on exploring its flagship Solwezi Project, located in Zambia. Its property is situated in the heart of the Zambia-Congo Copperbelt. It holds a 60% interest in two mineral prospecting licenses, 21509-HQ-LEL and 12124-HQ-LPL, the Solwezi Licenses, which are held by a subsidiary of Kam Chuen, Zambian Highlight Mining Investment Limited. Its properties comprise 506 square kilometers of prospective geology contiguous to the mine license held by First Quantum Minerals, which includes the Kansanshi Mining Complex. Its target areas include Dumbwa, Mitu, Kazhiba (22 Zone) and Crunch Zone. Dumbwa is a Tier-One exploration target, featuring a remarkable copper soil anomaly.
