Lotus Resources Limited is an advanced uranium company. The principal activities of the Company include the exploration and development of its Kayelekera Uranium Project in Malawi and Letlhakane Uranium Project in Botswana. The Company operates through four business segments and two geographical locations, being the exploration, evaluation and development of Uranium assets in Africa (comprising the geographical locations Malawi and Botswana), nickel-cobalt exploration, evaluation and development in Australia, and corporate activities in Australia. The Kayelekera Uranium Project is located in northern Malawi, Southern Africa, 52 kilometers (km) west by road from the town of Karonga. It owns a 100% interest in Letlhakane Uranium Project in Botswana. The asset is located within 50 kilometers of Francistown, a population center in Botswana.
