Centaurus Metals Limited is an Australia-based exploration company. The Company is primarily involved in exploration for and evaluation of mineral resources. Its projects include Jaguar Nickel Sulfide Project, Boi Novo Copper Gold Project, Jambreiro Iron Ore Project and Rio Novo Copper-Gold Project. Its Jaguar Nickel Sulfide Project is located in the Carajas Mineral Province of northern Brazil. The Project is approximately 250 kilometers (km) from the regional city of Parauapebas in the Brazilian State of Para and sits within a 30 square kilometers (km2) tenement package in the Sao Felix do Xingu municipality. The Company’s Boi Novo Copper-Gold Project, secured as part of Centaurus’ Horizon II Business Development and Growth Strategy in NE Brazil, covers 35 km2 of highly prospective ground in the Carajas Mineral Province. The Company’s 100%-owned Jambreiro Project is located in south-east Brazil. Its Rio Novo Project (40 km2) lies immediately north of its Boi Novo Project.
