The Minera Don Nicolas property is 100% owned by Cerrado Gold Inc and is located in the mineral-rich Deseado Massif in the province of Santa Cruz, approximately 333,340 hectares (ha) of concessions. The Lagoa Salgada project is located within the north-western section of the prolific Iberian Pyrite Belt in Portugal, approximately 80 km southeast of Lisbon and is accessible by national highways and roads. The Project is comprised of a single exploration permit covering an area of approximately 7,209 ha. The Mont Sorcier iron ore property hosts an iron resource with significant and extractable vanadium in a top-tier mining jurisdiction.
