Andean Precious Metals Corp. is a Canada-based precious metals producer. The Company is focused on expanding into top-tier jurisdictions in the Americas. The Company is engaged in precious metal-related activities, including property acquisition, exploration, development, mineral extraction, and processing with operations located in Bolivia and the United States of America (USA). The Company owns and operates the San Bartolome processing facility in Potosi, Bolivia and the Soledad Mountain mine in Kern County, California. Empresa Minera Manquiri S.A. (Manquiri), a subsidiary of the Company, operates the San Bartolome oxides processing facility, which has a design throughput of 1.8 million tons per year and is situated near the city of Potosi. San Bartolome, the commercial oxides plant in Bolivia, produces silver dore bars. It also holds an interest in Golden Queen Mining LLC, which is situated in Kern County, Southern California on 1,100 hectares.
