About TOETF
Tosei Corp is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in real estate revitalization, real estate development, real estate leasing, real estate fund and consulting, real estate management, and hotel businesses. It operates through six segments. The Real Estate Revitalization segment revitalizes and sells properties with deteriorated asset value. The Real Estate Development segment is engaged in the sale of condominiums and detached houses to individual customers, as well as the sale of rental condominiums and office buildings to investors. The Real Estate Leasing segment is engaged in the leasing of office buildings and condominiums. The Real Estate Fund and Consulting segment provides asset management services for real estate funds. The Real Estate Management segment provides comprehensive property management services. The Hotel segment operates hotels.
