StorageVault Canada Inc. is a Canada-based storage company. The Company’s primary business is owning, managing and renting self-storage and portable storage space to individuals and commercial customers. Its business segments include Self storage, Portable storage, and Management fees. Its Portable storage business operates under the Cubeit and PUPS brands. Its information and records management business operates under the RecordXpress brand. Its commercial and warehouse storage business operates under the FlexSpace Logistics brand. It owns and operates over 263 storage locations across Canada. It owns over 232 of these locations plus 5,000 portable storage units representing over 13.2 million rentable square feet on 767 acres of land. It also provides last mile storage and logistics solutions and professional records management services, such as document and media storage, imaging and shredding services.
