About STBMF
St Barbara Limited is an Australia-based gold mining company with operations in Canada and Papua New Guinea. The Company's operations include the Atlantic Operations and the Simberi Operations. Its Atlantic Operations in Nova Scotia, Canada consists of its open pit Touquoy mine, along with three additional planned projects nearby at Fifteen Mile Stream, Cochrane Hill and Beaver Dam. Its Atlantic Operations are located approximately 80 kilometers (km) north-east of Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. The Company is also exploring the Moose River Corridor and elsewhere in Nova Scotia. Its Simberi Operations consists of an open cut mine on the northernmost island in the Tabar group of islands in the province of New Ireland in Papua New Guinea. Its Simberi Operations is located approximately 900 km away from the capital of Papua New Guinea, Port Moresby.
