Samsung Electronics Co Ltd is a Korea-based company primarily engaged in the manufacturing of electronic products. The Company operates its business through four segments. The Digital eXperience (DX) segment manufactures and sells products such as televisions (TVs), monitors, refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, smartphones, network systems, and personal computers. The Device Solutions (DS) segment produces and sells products such as dynamic random access memory (DRAM), NAND flash memory, and mobile application processors (APs). The Samsung Display (SDC) segment provides products such as organic light-emitting diode (OLED) panels for smartphones. The Harman segment develops, produces, and sells automotive products such as digital cockpits and car audio, as well as consumer audio products such as portable and soundbar speakers. The Company sells its products in both domestic and overseas markets.
