The Company operates in four segments. The Timber and Building Material segment provides lumber products and building materials. The Housing segment conducts contracting construction work, after-sales maintenance and renovation, selling condominiums, leasing, managing, buying and selling, and brokering real estate, contracting exterior and landscaping work. The Construction and Real Estate segment is engaged in the sale of condominiums overseas, contracting for the construction of detached houses, the operation of panels and trusses, the development of apartment buildings and commercial complexes. The Resources and Environment segment is engaged in the renewable energy business and forestry resource business.
