The principal activities of the Company include the provision of services to Steadfast Network brokers, the distribution of insurance policies via insurance brokerages and underwriting agencies, and related services. The Company offers business insurance and personal insurance. The Company provides products and services to support the broking and agency network businesses. It also operates as a co-owner through its equity interests in a number of broker businesses, underwriting agencies (also known as managing general agencies) and other complementary businesses. It owns a portfolio of about 30 underwriting agencies, and has a 60% equity stake in UnisonSteadfast, a global general insurance broker referral network with 295 brokers in 113 countries. The Company also owns a Lloyd's broking operation.
