The Company is engaged in investing in a geographically diverse portfolio of convenience-based retail centers located across Australia. Its portfolio focuses on the non-discretionary retail sector (primarily convenience retailers and grocery outlets) and is anchored by long-term leases to tenants. The Company owns and manages approximately 92 convenience-based retail properties.
