Searchlight Resources Inc. is a Canadian mineral exploration and development company focused on Saskatchewan, Canada. The Company’s exploration focus is on battery minerals and gold throughout the province, concentrating on projects with nearby infrastructure. It has two uranium projects in their portfolio: Kulyk Lake South and Duddridge Lake. Its rare earths projects include Kulyk Lake Rare Earth - Uranium Project, Daly Lake Rare Earth Project and Bear Lake. It has three gold projects in their portfolio: Bootleg Lake, Robinson Creek and Flin Flon Regional. The Kulyk Lake North Rare Earth Project is located approximately 165 kilometers north of La Ronge, Saskatchewan and 65 km south of the Key Lake Uranium Mine. The Bootleg Lake Gold Project is located near Creighton, Saskatchewan, Canada, five kilometers southwest of the city of Flin Flon, Manitoba. The Robinson Creek property is located about 17 km west of Creighton, Saskatchewan, and Flin Flon, Manitoba.
