Enwell Energy plc is a United Kingdom-based company, which is engaged in the exploration and development of oil and gas projects, with assets in Ukraine. It has four fields in appraisal, development and production - three in the Poltava region and one in the Kharkiv region producing over 2,000 barrels of oil equivalent (BOE) per day. Its assets comprise four fields in the Dnieper-Donets basin in north-eastern Ukraine. It holds a 100% working interest in and is the operator of the Mekhedivsko-Golotvshchinske (MEX-GOL) and Svyrydivske Chervonolutske licence fields. Its two licences, located in Ukraine’s Poltava region, are adjacent and extend over a combined area of 269 square kilometers (km2), approximately 200km east of Kyiv and 170km north-west of Poltava. It also holds a 100% working interest in, and is the operator of, the Vasyshchivske (VAS) field. This covers an area of 97km2 which is located in the Lokhvytsia and Hadiachi districts of Poltava region in north-eastern Ukraine.
