Pegasus Tel, Inc. (Pegasus) is a development-stage company. The Company was primarily in the business of providing the use of outdoor payphones, and providing telecommunication services. In addition to the principal operations, the Company plans to expand operations through its subsidiary Blue Bull Ventures B.V. The Company intends to engage in global investment banking, business consulting and business development business. The Company had not commenced planned principal operations. Blue Bull Ventures B.V provides venture capital from European private equity and institutional investors, as well as advisory and management resources to emerging companies throughout the world, primarily in Europe, including providing financial advice and resources on mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, financing and capital raising.
