Chariot Limited is a Guernsey-based transitional energy company. The Company’s segments include Transitional Gas, Transitional Power (including Water), Green Hydrogen and Corporate costs. Transitional Gas is focused on high value gas development projects in Morocco. Transitional Power is focused on providing sustainable and reliable energy and water solutions across the continent through building, generating and trading renewable power. Its Green Hydrogen is partnering with Total Eren and the Government of Mauritania on the potential development of a 10 gigawatt (GW) green hydrogen project, namely Project Nour, which covers two onshore areas totaling approximately 5,000 square kilometers (km2) across northern Mauritania.
