Nippon Paper Industries Co Ltd is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the paper and paperboard business, lifestyle-related business, energy business, and wood, building materials, civil engineering, and construction-related business. It has four business segments. The Paper and Paperboard Business segment manufactures and sells paper, paperboard, pulp, and papermaking raw materials. The Lifestyle-related Business segment manufactures and sells household paper, processed paper products, and chemical products. The Energy Business segment manufactures and sells electricity. The Wood, Building materials, Civil Engineering, and Construction-related Business segment purchases and sells wood, manufactures and sells building materials, and engages in civil engineering and construction. Other businesses include logistics and leisure businesses.
