Sienna Senior Living Inc. offers a full range of seniors’ living options, including independent living, assisted living and memory care under its Aspira retirement brand, long-term care, and specialized programs and services. The Company’s portfolio includes assets in great locations across Ontario, British Columbia, Saskatchewan and Alberta. The Company owns and operates a total of approximately 88 seniors' living residences: 42 retirement residences (RRs or Retirement Residences) (including the Company's joint venture interest in 12 residences in Ontario and Saskatchewan, and 70% joint venture interest in one residence in Ontario); 34 long-term care residences; and 12 seniors' living residences providing both private-pay independent living and assisted living and funded long-term care (including the Company's joint ownership in one residence in British Columbia). The Company also provides management services to 12 seniors' living residences in British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario.
