About LWSCF
Sienna Senior Living Inc. is a seniors' living provider serving the continuum of independent living (IL), independent supportive living (ISL), assisted living (AL), memory care (MC) and long-term care (LTC) through the ownership and operation of seniors' living residences in the Provinces of British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and Ontario. The Company owns and operates a total of approximately 91 seniors' living residences: 44 retirement residences (RRs) (including the Company's joint venture interest in 12 residences in Ontario and Saskatchewan, and 70% joint venture interest in one residence in Ontario); 34 long-term care residences; and 12 seniors' living residences providing both private-pay IL and AL and funded LTC (including the Company's joint ownership in one residence in British Columbia). The Company also provides management services to 12 seniors' living residences in British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario.
