Its principal activity is property investment. Its assets include Ramsay Rivers Hospital; Alton Towers Park; Thorpe Park; Primark, Islip; Great Bear, Dagenham; Ramsay Springfield Hospital; Argos, Bedford Link, Bedford; Heide Park; THG, Warrington, and others. Its segments include Long income, Logistics, and Others. Logistics operating segment includes the sub-categories of urban logistics, regional distribution and mega distribution. Long income operating segment includes the sub-categories of convenience, entertainment and leisure and healthcare. It has acquired two warehouses, including Booker Cash & Carry in Southend-on-Sea and a logistics warehouse in Southampton, Doncaster.
