It aims to manage investments in real estate, real estate leasehold rights, surface rights, and beneficiary rights of trusts that hold only these assets, with a particular focus on investing in specific assets such as real estate and real estate-related securities, and to achieve stable returns over the medium to long term. Investment properties and trust assets primarily consist of office buildings. Investment properties include Kitanomaru Square, JRE Kanda-Ogawamachi Building, Kandabashi Park Building, Otemachi Financial City North Tower, Otemachi Park Building, Nibancho Garden and others. The asset manager of the Fund is Japan Real Estate Asset Management Co Ltd.
