Jura Energy Corporation is an international energy company. The Company is engaged in the exploration, development and production of petroleum and natural gas properties in Pakistan. Its activities conduct its business in Pakistan through its subsidiaries, Frontier Holdings Limited and Spud Energy Pty Limited (SPEL). The Company operates through two segments: oil and gas operations in Pakistan (Pakistan) and corporate activities in Canada (Canada). The Pakistan segment is primarily focused on the sale of petroleum products in Pakistan. The Canada segment does not have any revenue-generating operations. The Company’s areas of operations/assets include Badin IV North, Badin IV South, Guddu, Kandra Exploration, Nareli, Sara Suri, Zamzama North, and Zarghun South. The Company’s Zarghun South Lease is located in the province of Baluchistan. SEPL has operated working interests in two leases and non-operated working interests in three leases, four gas fields and three exploration licenses.
