Industrias Penoles SAB de CV is a Mexico-based company engaged in the mining industry. The Company's activities are divided into four business segments: Precious metals, Base metals, Metallurgical and Others. The Precious metals division is responsible for the extraction and processing of silver and gold concentrates. The Base metals area focuses on mineral exploration, extraction and processing of zinc, lead and copper concentrates. The Metallurgical segment provides treating and refining of precious and base metals concentrates. The Others division includes production and sale of chemical products, mainly sodium sulfate, operation of water treatment and rail transportation concessions, as well as administrative and operating support activities. It operates through a range of subsidiaries, such as Minas Penoles SA de CV and Quimica Magna SA de CV. The Company is a part of BAL Group.
