Guangzhou R&F Properties Co Ltd is a China-based company principally engaged in the development and sale of properties, property investment, hotel operations and other property development related services. The Company operates its businesses through four segments. The Property Development segment is engaged in the development and sales of properties. The Property Investment segment is engaged in the investment and operation of office buildings, shopping malls, various retail properties, theme park and others. The Hotel Operations segment is engaged in hotel operations and management services. The All Other segment mainly includes property management and other related services. The Company conducts its business in the domestic and overseas markets.
