About FOSUF
Fosun International Ltd is a company principally engaged in the home economics business. The Company operates its business through five segments. The Happiness segment is mainly engaged in the operation and investment of tourism and leisure, fashion and experiential products and services. The Health segment is mainly engaged in the research, development, manufacture, sale and trading of pharmaceutical and health products, as well as provides medical services and health management services. The Insurance segment mainly engaged in the operation and investment of insurance business. The Asset Management segment is principally involved in the asset management, market investments and investments in other business. The Intelligent Manufacturing segment is principally engaged in the investment and operation of intelligent equipment manufacturing, steel, advanced functional materials, as well as mineral resources production.
