The Company operates in the global financial markets, using its technology platform to provide liquidity by quoting bid and asking prices for various financial products. Its core trading focus is on exchange-traded products (ETPs) and it enables investors to buy and sell ETPs by quoting bid and ask prices under virtually all market circumstances. The Company provides this liquidity via two main routes: on screen, which is conducted on stock exchanges where the Company is a registered market maker in ETPs and off exchange, where it trades bilaterally with institutional counterparties, often through request for quote (RfQ) platforms, such as those operated by Tradeweb, MarketAxess and Bloomberg.
